Learn traditional techniques and stories behind dishes featuring reindeer, mountain trout, and the classic Norwegian dessert sveler with butter, fresh berries, and brown cheese.
The experience ends with a shared meal where we enjoy the dishes together. Participants receive recipes, background material, and an apron.
