Join our chefs for a three-hour culinary journey through Norway’s landscapes and flavors.

In this complete cook-along masterclass, you’ll prepare a three-course menu inspired by Norway’s most iconic ingredients, from the cold fjords to the wild mountains. Learn traditional techniques and stories behind dishes featuring reindeer, mountain trout, and the classic Norwegian dessert sveler with butter, fresh berries, and brown cheese.

The experience ends with a shared meal where we enjoy the dishes together. Participants receive recipes, background material, and an apron.
